$2.50 Liberty Head Gold Coins replaced the "Classic Head" design are are appealing to both investors and collectors due to their relative availablility, historic significance and performance over time.  Design by Christian Gobrecht, these coins were struck from 1840 to 1907 and contain .12094 ounces of gold.  Called the Liberty quarter eagle the 2.50 dollar Liberty Head gold coins can be had in many different grades.  We currently offer the most common years in XF, MS61, MS62.
